ABOUT PIA MITCHELL

Hello there! My name is Pia Mitchell, and I’m a NYC-based Product and Brand Marketer with 5+ years of experience.

A few years ago, I decided to take the plunge into a new world, and understand how tech is connecting to fashion. A large focus has been developing and implementing marketing strategies for wearable products and accessories — though I’ve since expanded into clothing, beauty, and even fragrance.

I also consult small fashion brands on how to better stand out in their marketing and sales initiatives.

I am passionate about turning brands into experiences that inspire and resonate, leading with curiosity, and finding innovation in the most unexpected places.

Generated 252M+ impressions for a key Ray-Ban Stories campaign, leading cross-channel campaigns including paid and organic social, event activations (including one at Coachella), and press initiatives.

INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT

Led influencer collaborations for a seasonal eyewear category campaign that landed 32 strategic placements (organic & paid) and 11.3M social impressions.

Events & press days

Handled strategy, planning, outreach, and production for brand events and press days across 21+ EssilorLuxottica brands. Walked influencers, press, and brand teams through press days, educating on seasonal campaign launches and brand history.

PRODUCT LAUNCH & GTM

Managed asset organization and product launch for a new wearable, managing the embargo release to 100+ global partners and aligning retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and creative teams.

MESSAGING STRATEGY

I support regional sales reps and marketing teams for emerging fashion brands, ensuring alignment across marketing and sales strategies.

Increased CTR 28.1% after revamping email and SMS strategy (and messaging) to best align with brand values.
